In this Advanced, or Level 1, freediver course, you will extend your limits in all disciplines, continuing your breathing education and improving the Frenzel equalization maneuver with specialized drills, tips and guidance.

This two-day course will deepen your understanding of breathing techniques and master the art of the Frenzel equalization maneuver through specialized drills, expert tips, and personalized guidance. Furthermore, you'll gain insights into preventing and managing injuries related to freediving in the middle ear, inner ear, sinuses, and lungs.

Elevating safety to an entirely new level, this course equips you with comprehensive knowledge about blackouts, decompression illness, strategies for avoidance, and the mastery of advanced rescue techniques.

You will receive a W2 Molchanovs e-certificate upon passing all course requirements or an L1 e-certificate for passing the pool requirements only with one year to upgrade to a W2 cert.

Prerequisites:

Wave 1 certificate for Wave 2
